Return and Refunds Policy
Orders are shipped in accordance with our shipping schedule which is listed on our FAQ page. Orders have to be received by noon on Friday EST in order to ship and arrive the following week. Any questions about shipping please use the chat feature for the fastest response
Processing time may vary due to availability and/or payment discrepancies.
Orders ship on Thursdays and are sent overnight where available. Overnight shipping is not available to some areas and 2 day shipping is used in these instances.
Shipping time is based on business days (including expedited shipping services).
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Please check your junk mail folder if you did not receive one. Packages do not require a signature.
How do I return my purchase?
After the package is received we do not offer returns. If meals are damaged during shipping we will either issue you a credit for your next order or process a refund for the damaged meals.
We will issue a refund for all orders if the order has not shipped. If you would like a refund please make sure to request the refund before your order has shipped.

Returns must be in acceptable condition, within 30 days of purchase.
Please include the reason for the return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Use a protective box or wrap it with thick paper.
A refund will be made within ten (10) business days after receipt of the package.
Returns are processed within 10 business days after receiving your return. We’ll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
WRONG / DEFECTIVE ITEM POLICY
On very rare occasions, we do make mistakes on shipping items. Please contact us when this happens, we will make it right. We reserve the right to request photos of the wrong item shipped to you.
