Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to 95 percent of the continental United States. To check if you're in our delivery zone, click "Get Started" on our homepage and enter your zip code and email address. If we don't currently deliver to your region, know that we're working on it and we'll let you know as soon as we arrive!

What does "pause" mean?

If you "pause" your plan, we will suspend all future deliveries, but save your account information. You will not receive boxes or be billed during the time that your plan is on "pause"

By saving your information, you'll be able to pick up right where you left off with Daily Harvest whenever you're ready! When you resume before 6pm ET on Sunday, we'll be able to send you a box as early as the following week.

What does "skip" mean?

If you "skip" a delivery, we will not send a box or bill you for the delivery that you've selected. Skipping allows you to customize your plan exactly to your needs. For example, you can skip a week if you have travel or a vacation planned and won't be able to use Daily Harvest. You can skip or modify a delivery until 6pm ET on Sunday before your box is scheduled to ship.

What is the cutoff to change or skip a scheduled delivery?

You can make changes to your number of items, assortment, or scheduled delivery until 6pm ET on the Sunday before your box is slated to ship. Head to the logged-in home page to make adjustments.

How do I modify the assortment of items in my box?

To change your assortment, head to the logged-in homepage and click the calendar icon. You can add and remove items from your upcoming box by clicking the "+" or "-" sign. You can modify a delivery until 6pm ET on the Sunday before your box is scheduled to ship.
