We take 100% Pastured Chicken Thighs and coat them in Avocado Oil and our special dry rub blend and let them sit over-night to let the flavor soak in as deep as possible. We then grill them to a juicy and flavorful perfection and top them with 2 tasty pieces of Pastured Bacon. And while we could just serve this dish with boring ol’ broccoli, we just couldn’t live with ourselves if we did. So we coat the broccoli in our soon to be famous bacon-butter! This makes the broccoli oh so keto and oh so damn good at the same time!
