Wow, wow, WOW!!!!!!! This was my very FIRSt Ketoned Bodies meal– and it was absolutely amazing! It tasted exactly like a high-carb eggroll except for the shell. Filling. the coconut oil gave it an ever so slightly sweet seasoning. Beyond delicious! This one will become a staple in my fridge!

I truly thought this was going to be gross but I was wrong, I’ve been trying all the meals at ketonedbodies and this so far is one of the best. It totally fills that Chinese Food craving perfectly. It’s pretty freakin’ good!

For someone who usually dines Asian, this is really impressive for a low carb meal. The flavor is outstanding; the ground pork was juicy and the cabbage still retained its crunch. Perfectly portioned for dinner.

This dish was terrible! It tasted NOTHING like an egg roll what so ever. Not sure how there are other positive comments. I couldn’t eat the rest. Threw it away. I have 2 others. Don’t wanna throw them away and waste my money, so I guess I’ll have to force myself to eat them. Not the least bit enjoyable!

I like the flavor of this but the carb count is really high for a single keto meal. My daily net carb goal is 18 and the net carb of this meal is 22 (26 – 4g fiber). So, if I ate this meal in full I’d be 4g over my daily carb goal without eating anything else all day.
Thankfully the portions are pretty generous, so I can make it into 2 lunches as long as I keep my other meals on those days REALLY low carb.

The real goal of keto is to avoid insulin spikes. None of the carbs in this meal will spike your insulin! Additionally, you have to be careful with super low carb counts in order to avoid thyroid hormone conversion issues. If you are too low carb T4 will not convert into T3 and will instead convert into reverse T3. This will actually slow your weight loss and interfere with health goals. This was another Favorite of mine. Top 2 right with the Texas Chili. Great flavors and very filling! Love it and will be buying more. Highly recommended!

Pretty mediocre. Way too heavy on the Chinese 5-spice – all I could taste was the star anise. I salvaged (sort of) by adding it to lettuce wraps.

This was the first meal I tried and really hope it’s not setting the tone for the rest. It had a really overly sweet flavor to me and was not enjoyable at all. Had to add red pepper flake just to try and balance the sweetness. If this is an indication of the rest of the meals, it’s going to be a rough few days to get through all 21.
